What data do we collect?

BeNe Rail International collects the following data:

How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data in a data center in Belgium. The data is only available to BeNe Rail International personnel on a strict need-to-know basis for the execution of their official tasks.

Google Analytics stores the anonymous website usage and performance in accordance with the Google privacy policy, which you can find here.

BeNe Rail International keeps your online registration data (name and email address) as long as you keep your account with us. BeNe Rail International will keep the content of the  messages you send through the online contact form for 3 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by permanently removing the messages.
